Sometimes leadership isn't what you say, it's about a collection of actions that show leadership. Rudy got a lot of positive press for his leadership post 9/11, but questions on actions taken prior (on location of the Emergency Headquarters) and now this put his 9/11 leadership into question? How many firemen died needlessly because of missteps made?
