Palin Gibson

Watching Sarah Palin interviewed by Charlie Gibson. I didn't think that she would come off this bad with two weeks to prepare. She is clearly struggling to answer questions on crossing the border into Pakistan and the Bush doctrine. After two weeks of avoiding the media if this is the best she can do, it is going to be a fast ride down from the top of the mountain.

Half her answers are unintelligible. Although she did have this gem

Gibson: "What insights into Russian actions we've seen in the last couple of weeks does the proximity of the state give you?"

Sarah Palin "They are our next door neighbors. You can actually see Russia from land here from an island in Alaska."

Thanks for the geography lessons dimwit, but answer the question. Better yet, shut up and go back to Alaska where you can bill the state for dinners in your own house and fire anyone that looks at you funny.

I seriously can't believe that there are people either switched from Obama or from undecided to McCain because he added this complete dimwit. She has yet to show in any fashion that she has any grasp on national issues. If McCain wanted to have a female VP, he could have picked Connecticut Governor Jodi Rell, Texas Senator Kay Baily Hutchison, or even Maine Senator Olympia Snowe.
