Alaska Report

The Trooper gate report just came out, I litterally found it on an Anchorage website (ADN.com) after it was released. To sum it up.

Sarah Palin was found to have abused her power.

Interestingly, the Legislature voted 12-0 to make the report public. They needed 8 votes to pass.

From earlier courtesy of Political wire:

McCain Issues Own Report to Clear Palin

"Trying to head off a potentially embarrassing state ethics report on GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, campaign officials released their own report that clears her of any wrongdoing," the AP reports.
Isn't that like OJ ruling he is not guilty?

Update
Gov. Sarah Palin's communications director says investigator Steve Branchflower's report vindicates the governor with a finding that she "acted within her constitutional authority" to remove executive employees who serve at her pleasure.
ummm. Oh it's a good thing the report says clearly " Sarah Palin has found she unlawfully abused her authority in firing the state's public safety commissioner. " I missed where unlawfully abused her authority is a good thing. But maybe her reading skills are as good as her ad lib speaking skills or her understanding of the issues, or honestly.
